Since this Forum is more specialized and based in Gotham, Cannon characters are free game in any thread. Anyone can be any Cannon character as long as they prove to the GM that they are competent and knowledgeable enough to be that DC character and they fit within the Roleplay's plot.

Canon Character Sheets-
A character sheet for each RP discussion is required, but outside of that specific thread they have no claim on that character. For example, if you want to play Batman in the latest RP it's a first come first serve basis, just be sure to post your Batman Character Sheet in the Discussion Thread. You can refer to the canon character sheet list. If there is no sheet on the character you want to play as post it in the pending character sheet list. We will work with you to get the requested character up to standard.

Original Characters-
Each person wanting to make an OC can have up to three characters. If they decide they want the OC to die or don't enjoy playing them, they get archived a reason for their inactivity is given and we move on.

Limiting the OC pool means that the OC themselves aren't out of control and are more meaningful to the player. This is the only reason we have an OC limit. It also ensures that character gets more development AND activity in the over-head plot.

You can post your OC Character Sheets in this section so we can refer to them at will. If a discussion thread is posted; the GM and members playing can just link the character they want to use in that RP instead of having to write one up for every new RP. It is up to the judgement of the GM to decide if that OC is appropriate for the RP. If not, that Player can choose to make a new one (as long as their slots aren't filled)

So, OCs have already established Ref Sheets that can be updated based off of the RPs they are involved in. Or the one-shots they do with other characters.

[This is an easy reference for other members who can read these accepted sheets.]
